Description
Manjuu has 2 types: baked manjuu (yaki-manjuu) and steamed manjuu (mushi-manjuu).
Oribe-manjuu is jyouyo type manjuu which means it contains grated yams (yamato-imo/naga-imo). Oribe-manjuu is Wagashi that served in Japanese tea ceremony in New Year, especially in Omotesenke.
