Description
Dango is a Japanese dumpling that made from the mixture of glutinous rice flour and uruchi rice flour. Plain dango tastes like sweet rice, so to diverse the taste different sauces are provided.
Hanami dango, or 3-shoku dango, is offered usually before and during Hanami. It has 3 colors: pink, white and green. It can be served with sweet red bean paste, black sesame paste, even with chocolate paste.
