Description

Kombu-maru is baked type of Wagashi. It can be called as baked manjuu (yaki-manjuu). It is best served in Autumn, but in our shop it is available for whole year. Kombu-maru has salted kombu on the top which balance the sweetness. It makes Kombu-maru easy to eat.
