Description

Sakura Mochi is Mochi-type Wagashi. It’s made by Japanese glutinous rice with red bean paste as filling, all this is wrapped in salted sakura leaf (Shiozuke-sakura no happa).

Sakura Mochi is often served in Spring, before and during Hanami.
