Description
Rakugan is one of Higashi type. It is simple sweet that made from baked rice flour (kanbaiko) and sugar and pressed in beautiful shape. Every season has its own symbol: spring – sakura flower, summer – water, autumn – red-yellow maple leaf, chrysanthemum, winter – pine tree leaf, plum flower.
