“Wish upon the star” is made in theme of Japanese festival Tanabata. The Tanabata, or Star Festival, is one of Japanese traditional festivals. It is originated from China, the legend that is about Orihime and Hikoboshi.

“Wish upon the star” is kudzu manjuu with the image of a star and papers tanzaku. Thanks to kudzu powder it has transparent texture, that resembles water. Kudzu manjuu is one of summer wagashi, that gives cool vibes to each customer in hot weather.
